Residential Mortgage Loan Originator
Don Bartolomucci began his mortgage banking career after coaching college football for 11 years at California University of Pennsylvania, Youngstown State University and Rutgers University. It was this passion for athletics and the competition on the gridiron that now drive him in the Mortgage Banking industry.
In 1988 Don started in the mortgage banking as a retail loan originator. Through his career he has been directly responsible for all areas of the mortgage business including originations, processing, underwriting, marketing, secondary loan delivery, shipping and insuring. His approach to the business has always been “hands on” which brings a different meaning to the word ‘experience”.
Over the years Don has personally done business in Retail, Wholesale and the Correspondent business channels. His speaking and training expertise has landed him on weekly radio shows, Realtor engagements, Loan Officer training and FNMA’s advisor counsel. He also has served the industry as chapter president.
He is married to Katie, his wife and has two children. Lauren, a rencent graduate of University of Central Florida, now pursuing her career as a high school teacher and Donnie, a recent Graduate from University of Florida and pursuing hs career in meteorology.
